Ugh, I would've gotten this shirt - if only they came in girl sizes!!! So I'll settle for the Max crossbones one :D

I get you, Steve. I'll be picking it up, it's an awesome design regardless. It's good to see something printed on white for once, too. Not a fan of black shirts.

I assume it'd be quite costly to print, but I think a full shirt design rather than a single motif would work great if done well.

I love the classic style Sam & Max so I rather like this shirt. But I also agree with what you're saying about the abstract-y thing I would like to see more of that too. But I am deffo getting that shirt when I can! =D

Hi Joe- This throw back Sam & Max shirt was my answer to folks who were craving a more literal depiction of the Freelance Police. I remade and updated a shirt that I brought to the Con back in '92.
I think the new "Max Imp" shirt can appeal to someone who knows nothing about the characters but like a simple punchy image (The Max and crossbones was a really popular design for fans and non-fans alike).
Don't worry, I'd love to try some other ideas in the future but didn't want to leave out people who just want to have the characters as they are on a shirt and ComicCon felt like a good excuse to revisit this image which I always liked.
